Start Up Needs for a Church Plant
Note- This is the actual start up punch list for Calvary Chapel North Bay, Mill Valley, CA. that was launched in January of 2007. We release this so that you can have an idea of what other church planters are doing in regards to launching a new work.
Office Needs
- Desktop Computer – Not to go online (New Dell for $500 or less)
- fitted with some sort of Accounting Program (Quicken, Quickbooks, Money, etc)
Should be Installed on it already
- also fitted with Membership Plus (to track tithes) ($86 from E-bay)
- large jump drive for all backups – Fax Machine/Copier
- Filing Cabinet
- Copy Machine? (we can use the fax/copier for awhile)
- Book Cases
- Desks

- Worship Service Needs

I’m thinking that total it will be about $2500
(It’s a lot, but it really will last us for a long
time and we’ll be able to keep adding onto it)
